Business User Agreement

Users whom authorize ShopMurrysville to complete and update their listings (for a fee of $20 annually) may disregard the following.

Business owners who list without the aid of ShopMurrysville technicians are solely responsible for their listing. Listings expire after one year (366 days) of inactivity and will not be reinstated by ShopMurrysville. All listings should comply with our Terms of Appropriate Conduct and properly represent your business. Misleading, inaccurate, and listings with improper grammar and use of the English language originating from a foreign countries will be promptly removed, resulting in denial of future permissions. Businesses not located within the municipalities/townships of Delmont, Export, Harrison City, Jeanette, Monroeville, Murrysville, Penn Twp., and Plum Borough will be removed upon physical site verification.

Appropriate Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and content while using ShopMurrysville.com's Business Directory Services and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use ShopMurrysville.com's Business Directory Services only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms of Service and any applicable policies or guidelines. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the ShopMurrysville.com, you will not:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;

Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual;

Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
